I’ve ordered a cake yesterday, the cake was split and stuck to the box. From the last few months, the support executive and others have denied to serve the customers. They just say it’s not upto our reach , we apologise and we’ll never do this again. But everytime this happens and Even there’s no supervisor, who can actually take the responsibility of the things that happened. They keep drunk delivery boy, who don’t know how to handle and everytime that’s why I face split issue.
