Text of Complaint by Rahul Gavali:

Deal for my vehicle – Skoda superb(mh-12-ju-4711) with Spinny has already been done and I have accepted the offer of 4.22 Lakhs.
And member of your team had already contacted me for the pick up.
Now I have been told by payments team that there is a human error from their side and they have selected Dec’13 instead of Dec’12 as manufacturing year. Due to which the offered price will drop!
This is a total lie and I have proofs that the manufacturing year is selected as Dec’12.

Because of Spinny I have declined an offline offer of 4 lakhs. And I have been waiting since yesterday for the pick up.

Update- now they are saying that they will offer only 302000/- as there was a technical glitch in the app.
This is not acceptable and I want the final accepted amount of 4.22 lakhs.
