I’d ordered my food using Zomato app today but to my surprise half the items were not delivered and balance was all spilled over. Post complaining, the agent assigned was useless and not willing to look at customer centric issue, rather forcefully marked the concern resolved so that I couldn’t respond any further.
I need 100% refund and apology from Zomato on misbehaviour of their employee.
