The order was placed in online platform of Zomato from the restaurant southern spice for onam sadhya on 29.08.2023 with an amount of 870 and the product delivered were spilled and some items missing.when raised a complaint they did not replace the food nor did pay the full amount.they just provided with a promo code worth 250
