PNR Z6UZ8Y..TWO TICKETS WERE BOOKED ON THIS PNR FOR 13TH APRIL TRAVEL FROM MADURAI TO DUBAI. THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED. TILL DATE SPICE JET NOT REFUNDING EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE AGREED TO DO SO. THEY ARE KEEPING ON DELAYING STATING REFUND IS IN PROCESS.
