I’ve taken the decision to buy Airtel Fibre Internet connection 2 months ago which is the one of the worst decision I’ve taken in my life.
I had taken the plan up to 200 MBPS to ensure no disturbance in my work from home, and they had committed I will get at least 150-175 MBPS, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, Xtreme Premium acess, Zee, Live channels on Xtreme for a year.
Soon after buying I tried to activate the complimentary acess, but faced problems. After buying the plan, they told me, Zee is discontinued by Aitrel, which they did not disclose before, and also the live channels on Xtreme app.
On top of that Xtreme app is not working, I called their helpline number but the agent lied and told me that he raised a complaint and I will get the complaint number ron my mobile. In fact he did not do anything and he lied to me.
I contacted their Twitter handle and have been chasing them since 2 months and everything they reply that they need more time.
I’m really under stress because of them, not only they’re not offering the commited speed and complimentary service but also trying to captivate customer by making false claim about the Zee , Xtreme premium and Live channels ( When I bought the connection these services were displayed on their website and Airtel Thanks App, means they simply committed a fraud).
I want you to take this matter ahead as I simply do not have faith in their claims and bunch of incompetent advisors!
Not only I need refund but I also want to file a case against them for cheating customer and would like to claim compensation for the harassment and mental stress they gave me.
