I found the job from quickr and Priya (+91 90939 92487) called me asking if I was interested. I said yes, showed aadhar, wrote my name in their agreement which was sent through Mail on 30th August, 2022 and sent to them.
They have sent 250 work sheets two times on 1st September, 2022 (first 250 pages + second 250 pages) and work sheet is improper to read. instead 250 sheets, it was showing 500 sheets. When I called them to clarify this, they said to call customer care number and that is also not working. Then I have said that I am facing so much problems and you people are not supporting or guiding or clearing the problems which I am facing! They totally ignored and not answered me in the call and in WhatsApp. So, I sent them a message that I will not do their work, immediately After-that, I got a call from SPARKLE ENTERPRISES (+91 90939 92487) saying that I have signed the agreement as per the rules I need to pay Rd. 6700/- for breach the contract. After a week, they are calling to pay the amount and sending lawyer notice through WhatsApp with saying that to pay amount within 20 minutes or else the matter would be taken to court and police. When I requested that I don’t have money that’s why I am searching job and i insisted that give me some more time, I will do the work, she quickly said you pay the amount otherwise talk to her lawyer, The lawyer is also saying the same thing, as per agreement you have to pay otherwise they will file a case against you then he is asking for about to pay 1-2 lakhs to the court.
