Dear sir,
Myself Gowtham Nedunchelian 21 age BE , enrolled in skilllync on October month 2022. I have payed my advance payment of Rs 5000/- for the course. But unfortunately due to some personal issues and financial status due to unemployment I was not in the position to pay the EMI for the course . since I was a fresher passed out on 2022 June I was not in situation of paying such a huge amount for coarse in skill lync . I have contacted skill lync faculty Ebish who got the advance payment for the course. I have asked for the refund of Rs 5000/- since I’m not able to get into the course due to my financial status. Here I like to inform you that I have not attended any classes since I have paid only advance payment of Rs 5000/- , they said that they there is no way for discontinuing the course, I told them I have not even started the course I was only in the admission process and how come you can say this . But from there no faculty picked my calls in skill lync. so I have decided to give a mail to skill lync help desk and have given the mail on 13.12.2022 the screen shorts of the mail is attached for your kind perusal . After some days I got a message from luquiloans on January that you have not paid your 3 rd EMI for the loan. I was shocked to see the message, so here they are telling I have not paid the 3 rd EMI, were as I have not even paid my 1 st and 2 nd EMI itself . I can to know it’s totally a spam . Being an unemployed how come they have proceeded this loan on my name is a mystery and without my knowledge and approval how can a bank give a loan on my name is also a very big spam sir . I was shocked that without any background verification and without my knowledge they have proceed a loan on my name which is totally a cheating and they have also shown that 2 EMI was already paid and only 3 rd EMI is over due after seeing this kind of activity And I went through a mental agony. Since skill lync was not helping and not responding my calls and mails I was helpless , since one of my close friend suggested to file a complaint against this spam to this portal. Sir I’m helpless being an unemployed and they are trying to put into a situation of paying a EMI of 200000/- for the course which even I have not attended and they have been cheating with the bank process which is totally unfair and totally unbearable as conman man . So kindly help me out to get out of the situation sir . And return the 5000/- to me and kindly give Justice to me and in future No student should be getting into this kind of situation . Hope justice will be served.
