We ordered bra, panties and shorts.
I got my parcel on 13/12/2020 but what we received was cheap quality 3 packets of same colorful bras in place of shorts, panties and bra that we ordered worth 3914. Website has no contact number but invoice with my parcel had 1 return address and contact number, which no one is picking up and shows spam(9265540948).
We tried contacting them through mail & contact number in bill, but it shows spam and no reply on mail. As they claimed, i did not receive any mail within 48 hours
i want my refund of 3914. I hope you will be looking into this fraud ASAP
Company name as per invoice is KEVAL KRUPA INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY, BHATENA GUJARAT, SURAT-395002.
