MOST URGENT : ITS HIGH TIME NOW TO STEM THE DESPICABLE ROT IN TELECOM RELATED PILING UP COMPLAINTS AND TO TAKE IMMEDIATE NEEDFUL ACTION & PROVIDE DILIGENT FEEDBACK ON THE NEEDFUL ACTION TAKEN FOR THE LONG STANDING DND VIOLATION COMPLAINTS PENDING FOR NEEDFUL ACTION UNDER TRAI REGULATION / GUIDELINES

MADAM ,
With reference to the above cited subject , it is mighty inexplicable as to how can you still remain immune to the umpteen escalations to yourself for the respective DND VIOLATION CIMPLAINTS , wherein even multiple PG PORTAL COMPLAINTS LODGED REPEATEDLY THROUGH DDGPG DoT in this context ,has had no effect on the unscrupulous telecom service providers ,who flout the TRAI guidelines / regulations with gay abandon ,while having no compunctions whatsoever to post frvolous , concocted ,botched up ,vague and out of context replies to close the complaints ( while remaining reluctant to take needful action )vide escalations made to them through respective umpteen emails , tweets , and PG portal

( DIGITAL AND MANUAL AS WELL ) WERE GENERATED FRAUDENTLY IN MY NAME AND NO.( TWO MANUAL DOCS BORE MY FAKE SIGNATURE TOO )- THESE DOCS WERE GIVEN TO FRAUDULENTLY ESTABLISH THAT I HAD INFACT SUBSCRIBED TO RECEIVE THE PROMOS VIDE RESPECTIVE HFCL TELEMARKETING IDS’ ( AS MENTIONED FROM SL.3 TOSL.NO.7 ) :
 
1. APPU GHAR FORGED DOC ( DIGITAL )
 
2. HDFC SECURITIES ( DIGITAL DOC.)
 
3. CRYSTAL RESIDENCY ( MANUAL DOC EVEN BEARING MY FAKE SIGNATURE ).

I ,HOPE NOT THAT AIRTEL , VODAFONE , RELIANCE AND BSNL ,HFCL HAVE BEEN GIVEN PRIVILEGES BY TRAI OR THE TELECOM MINISTRY ITSELF TO FLOUT THE TRAI GUIDELINES WITH GAY ABANDON AND SHOW RELUCTANCE TO TAKE NEEDFUL ACTION ON THE DND VIOLATION COMPLAUNTS  BOOKED AGAINST THEIR OWN SUBSCRIBED NOS. AND TM IDS’ ( AS MENTIONED ABOVE ) . 
 
IT ALSO QUITE INEXPLICABLE HOW COULD YOU REMAIN IMMUNE FOR SO LONG ON THE ABOVE ,WHEN YOURPS.MS. ARCHANA GULATI WAS COMPREHENSIVELY UPDATED ON THE DESPICABLE PLOYS EMPLOYED BY THE ABOVEMENTIONED TELECIM SERVICE PROVIDERS ( TWICE ) VIA CALLS AT YOUR OFFICE AND I WAS ASSURED OF A EFFECTIVE INTERVENTION AND RESOLUTION TO MY RRSPECTIVE COMPLAINTS  ( AFTER THOROUGLY UPDATING YOYRSELF ON THE SAME ) .
 
NOT ONLY THIS BUT THE ABOVE MENTIONED TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDERS  HAVE HAD NO COMPUNCTIONS WHATSOEVER IN EVEN NEGATING MULIPLE PG PORTAL COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM  IN THE  SAME ABOVE DND VIOLATIONS COMPLAINTS CONTEXT ,UNDER FRIVOLOUS , CONCOCTED ,BOTCHED UP ,MANIPULATED ,VAGUE AND OUT OF CONTEXT REPLIES . UNFORTUNATELY AS BROUGHT TO YOUR KNOWHOW MULTIPLE TIMES VIDE RESPECTIVE  EMAILS ,TWEETS , THE PG PORTAL COMPLAINTS ARE NOT AT ALL MONITORED FOR THE RESPONSES AND RESOLUTION  BY DDGPG DoT .  ANY CRAP OR OUT OF CONTEXT REPLY WHATSOEVER IS TAKEN AS COMPLAINT CLOSURE .  THESE ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE BEEN DOING THIS MOST BRAZENLY AND BLATANTLY SINCE LONG  WITH JUST NO COGNIZANCE BY  TELECOM MINISTRY .
 
ANTICIPATING A FAST AND NEEDFUL ACTION ON THE ABOVE WITHIN 10 DAYS BEYOND WHICH NOW , I WILL BE COMPELLED TO BRING OUT THE ANOMALIES INTO SOCIAL MEDIA  / PUBLIC DOMAIN IN COMPREHENSIVE DETAILS .

  1. The impotent UCC process has to be abolished and New policy should be regulated immediately to protect the privacy of the telecom users.

    Those corrupted officials at TRAI or DoT has to be expelled from the services without any monetary benefits.

    If any telecom user(s) get a single UCC, then the respective operator(s) services has to be barred right at the first complaint.

    The complainant should be awarded a hefty compensation for the nuisance and the DND violations caused by the telemarketer(s)
