Text of Complaint by Divyakshi Singh:

Shipping box was opened
Sony logo tape was removed from the original packaging and instead of wh-ch510 another model was send and after trying replacement for various times on amazon app I’m not getting any response. I request you to kindly take actions soon as possible .
