I ordered a Felt storage Basket, Pack of 9 for ₹1377 from sonnshop website. It’s been weeks yet the product is undelivered, furthermore their website is inaccessible. So i can’t see my order now, nor is there any way to reach their customer support. Such a scam it is.

I also ordered the same product worth around Rs 1100, but by Delhivery agent they delivered some cheap plastic bags. When I tried to return the product, I couldn’t access my orders there on the website. You can’t see your order details there, a big scam it is. Because in today’s world where e-Comm websites like Amazon/Flipkart have generated so much trust, people like me didn’t explore the website much before making payment as the sale looked too alluring.
