I need your urgent help as on 14/08/2022 i opened telegram app and found that my other number +91 7888xxxxx has joined the app but the problem is that i have not signed up for this. It is created by someone unknown or may be by a hacker.
I want you to help me to delete this account immediately as it is not created by me. I have tried deleting the account but you policy is sending code on telegram app on which account is active. I also tried to reset account but it’s not possible again because of policy. Please Help

The same happened to me. someone tried to log in many times and I deleted my telegram account later. but on 19/08/2022 the account was again created by someone. I’m facing the same problem right now.
