Respected Ashish Joshi Sir, NIC Team, WhatsApp Team & Mumbai Cyber Team,
I am Mr. Lingesh from Mumbai, My Vodafone Mobile No. 9769180702 and My Last WhatsApp account using stopped on 18th March, 2020 and Afterword onwards I’m never used my above mobile number in WhatsApp account, But from Last 03 Months onwards accusing an unidentified person of allegedly Someone Hacked & Illegally using My Vodafone Mobile Number in WhatsApp Business account without my aware, my permissions & my authority and misusing my WhatsApp account number. PLEASE HELP ME. Very Urgently Please Register My Complaints and take Very Quick Actions on illegal person for using My above Mobile number in WhatsApp Business Account.
Top Most Priority….. Please file a criminal complaint against them as hacking is a crime u/s 65 of IT act 2000 and IPC Both and Cyber stalking is punishable under Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 with imprisonment for a term up to 3 years or fine upto Rs. 1 lakh or with both. Cell phone hacking comes under Section 43 when any person obtains access to the cell phone of the owner without his permission.
