Other persons are using my number.
Proof 1)
I have been getting SMS notifications on this phone number from CESC about CESC customer ID 02000305446 and CESC customer ID 02000709189.
These are not my customer ID. I do not know these persons. I am not under CESC area; I am in area under WBSEDCL.
This means Airtel has given the same mobile number (9230518268) to these persons and they have registered this number with CESC

Many of my friends complain that when they call me someone else answers the phone, who speak Hindi whom I am not familiar with. My phone is always with me and there is no one here who speaks Hindi.
