Some one has black mail to me pls help me, actually what its happening unknowing person has calling me and ask address and phone number for home based work and he said when i am calling you that time you do to work in online and he is told me we provide a laptop, but he has not responded to me. and after some days ADV.DISHA TYAGI
Advocate Association, LEGAL MEMBER OF LAWENITY IT ACT 2000 was called to me we send a mail of not complete the work so you will come to my station, she is not asked any thing to me what its happened and send a mail and demand 1,00,000/- money. i am a one of the labor my family is very poor this problem made a who is first calling me ( His Name +91 7623082039).
We have your agreement, acceptance letter, id proof and voice recording as legal proof
Ans: We dont send a copy to direct to company, and the our mediator has ask a proof and mobile number for send a laptop, and he is told my company has called to you you say to ok to all questions (we dont know hindhi and in-fluent English ).
(Before providing the work, company had given you demo of the practical work.) Ans: i surely told you sir this company has not given demo of the practical work. this problem has made a mediator i don’t know who is he presently his number is switched off (+91 7623082039).
