Text of Complaint by Atik Jain:

I purchased the AC of Daikin Company from Lotus electronics. After the installation there was a leakage in the inner part of AC so they changed the side of pipeline. After few months there was a compressor issue they fixed it and filled the gas. Now after few months there is again a issue and now it is of gas leakage. How many times does a AC should be filled with gas in a year? Twice a year already now they want me to pay RS.4000 for the same with additional cost of 600 for employee visiting and checking my AC. Ridiculous service by Daikin and even bad support from them related to it. I want a replacement of this product or the resolution of it. The issue begins from the stage of Installation and when the gas is filled, AC will start cooling but only after some time you will get to know if the AC does not cool. Its been a year since I purchased a AC and I am facing the issue consistently and there is no permanent resolution of it. The customer care of Daikin do not respond and their service centre charges money which I cannot pay repeatedly.
The customer care number provided on their website do not work, It always repeat the same thing over and over again.
