I ordered a bed from Wakefit on 23rd sep they delivered the bed on 1st oct but they either forgot or didn’t have the tools so it was missing. I registered the complain regarding missing tool on 2nd oct. After waiting patiently and many many calls and emails later on 19th oct they said that they are out of stock. Now like any other costomer i asked for refund but they won’t give me and said they are waiting on update and after that they will provide me full replacement so they asked me to wait 48 hours. I waited and still waiting.(i have called many times they all say i have escalated the concern and asks me to wait 48 hours
