Hi Team,
Last month, I migrated from Jio to Airtel with the help of ‘Airtel Express’ store located in Andheri East (Shop No. 31, Next To Brijwasi Sweets).
It was assured to me by Sangeeta (employee working in that store) if there will be any problem related to service then you can reach overhere and they will provide resolution.
When using airtel service, came to know that KiK app is not working so I went ahead did troubleshooting by unintsalling and reinstalling KiK app but still it didn’t worked, and most important it used to work perfectly while using Jio.
Finally, after 2 weeks of purchased time, I reported KiK app not working problem to Sangeeta.
Sangeeta told me that she will be forwarding this case to concerned team and within 2 to 3 days of time, they will provide resolution.
Post then I didn’t got any confirmation so I had to call upfrontly and ask about the update.
Today (14-March-2020) when I had went to Airtel store to see if there is any resolution about my problem, Sangeeta still didn’t had any answer and on that she made excuse stating that person who was looking into your problem is not there so you’ll need to wait and she was very unprofessional.
She told me that she doesn’t get time to speak to her family the how can she call me and update about the resolution and infact I had called last time which she didn’t answered and further didn’t responded to my message.
She was not ready listening to me which was very rude behaviour and I had never seen such behavior. I asked for email ID to complaint, she told you can write mail and she is working there from last 9 to 10 years in this company.
I told her that I don’t want to use this service and please cancel my service she told me that you’ll need to use it for 120 days which is very pathetic to listen. I just want resolution or else cancel my plan. I don’t want to use airtel anymore.
