Text of Complaint by Tushar Bhatia:

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we had ordered a 8 seater sofa from Flipkart bearing Order I’d OD326828913643910100.

The order was placed on 19-12-2022.

We received The product on 29 Dec and we raised a complaint on Flipkart for replacement on 2nd January 2023 sighting damaged product.

We even co operated to say that..only replace the damaged piece, we’re okay with the rest of the sofa.

The company arranged for 2 rounds of technician visit and after a lot of follow up and persuasion, the company agreed to replace the FULL SOFA SET than only the defective piece on 18th january,2023.

Now we’re on 20th April 2023, neither has the company replaced the product nor have they initiated the refund.

Flipkart is only giving us new deadlines to replace / refund.

We stay in a 1 bhk flat and we have a small daughter. We’ve informed Flipkart that it’s difficult to protect the sofa every minute from a small girl so please pick it up rather than blaming later that you stained it or spoilt it.

They aren’t working on this and only giving deadlines. They don’t turn up on the given deadline date too and we’re facing the issue because of this.

We posted our issue on Twitter too. Whenever we post, we get a call, else all the mail’s sent we’re following on deaf ears.

Request you to kindly check through our order I’d and help us get rid of this issue as Flipkart is failing to help us.
