I bought a sofa from Pepperfry
Warranty was for 36 months & I was happy.
After 1 year it got issues with cushion, arm rest despise not used frequently
I complained, & Pepperfry carpenter came to check and said that it is a manufacturing defect
Pepperfry team called me after 15 days to tell me that this is a usage issue and denied warranty service.
So everything can be termed as a usage issue and they can keep making false warranty promise. I want to file a case.
