I had purchased Mobile phone *”**Realme U1 (Ambitious Black, 4GB RAM, 64GB
Storage)” with “**Serial Number: IMEI – 860252040065811” **Ordered on 9
January 2019 Order# 403-7264741-4021946* with my register mobile no through amazon website. Same order delivered to my place on
dated 11th Jan 2019. But when I have opened the courier and found “*Samsung
Galaxyon7 Prime” box immediately I recorded the incident on my phone, and
inside “Ghadi Detergent cake” in it. There was no Mobile phone found in it
which I had booked for.*
Same above was conveyed to Amazon Customer care on dated 12th Jan 2019 and
told we have recorded the whole scenario for safer side as there were many
such incidents I have noticed on social networking sites. They assured us
that we will resolved the issue on priority but today after taking 10days
they informed us that they are not responsible for the whole incident as
they have delivered the right material to me.
The behaviors of the Amazon people are so surprising as they are making me
responsible for the whole incident. I have told them that I have the
recording of the same but they denied neither refunding nor providing my
mobile which I have paid for.
