Text of Complaint by Mayank:

I ordered a product from the website which was delivered to me on 11 jan, 2021.

I want to initiate a refund for the product, as it is not upto the mark and it is a fake item.
The sticker on bottle was also fake.
And they have the worst costumer care personal. They don’t reply . The cost was 2000 and they are now refusing to refund . The website clearly says that refund will be done and 100% money back guarantee is there.
I have no idea what to do.
