I have ordered Fila disrupter sneakers, Order ID: 31144632978 from SNAPDEAL company for online shopping , which was delivered on 10/9. The product was fake and didn’t even fit my size. I asked for a return and a courier came and picked it up on 11/9 and I got the return receipt that proves the parcel was collected back, attached below.
I got a message the same day telling we tried to reach out for a pick up. I called the contacted support and sent them all the details as asked. on 14/9/2019 they promised to slove the problem in 2 days. Nothing was solved. I kept contacting them. and I got 7 calls from their side and each time I tell the same story and they promise to refund the money and when I complain again I get another call like nothing happened. every call is about 10 to 20 minutes. meanwhile other people call to hear the same. The couriers keep coming e for 8 times the return date passed and the whole complain was dismissed.
I contacted them on all the stations: email, phone, Facebook and twitter. My amount paid is 2,914 rupees.
