Text of Complaint by Venkatadurgarao Badarala:

I have ordered a product from Snapdeal and prepaid the full amount (675rs) while booking it on May 3rd  which is ‘Accu-Chek ACTIVE 50 SUGAR TEST STRIPS Expiry Mar-2021’ and they have updated me on 12th May as the product has been delivered which is incorrect. Below are the details related to the product.

Booked Date: 03-05-2020

Paid amount: 675rs

Reference number: 65388265

I am contacting Snapdeal from May 12th  and following it regularly from then onward when they updated me as the order has been delivered which is incorrect as the product is not received by me or my family members/neighbors or any other known persons. I am seeing a general message reply from Snapdeal from last one month without any action like the order has been delivered by our courier and we are tracking the proof of delivery of your item and do allow us a few days to update you on this and is delayed due to corona lock down restrictions.

I have requested the below details from Snapdeal since they updated me as the order has been delivered from Delhivery Courier with tracking id 7269289336466 is delivered but no response for the proof of delivery or the details requested.

    1. I am contacting the Snapdeal CC from May 12th onwards through email, replying through the app and have contacted even through WhatsApp but not able speak with any of your CC executive since you are not allowing us.
      Every time i am getting the same reply like order has been delivered by our courier and we are tracking the proof of delivery of your item and do allow us a few days to update you on this and is delayed due to corona lock down restrictions.
      It has been more than a month and still there is no reply for the proof of delivery or for the requested below details but you will continue to update as order has been delivered. I don’t know how to react when i am seeing it as a reply from last one month.
