Worst experience with Snapdeal, I ordered Kinoki Cleansing Detox Foot Pads worth rs. 175 on 16 Sept’19, Delivery will be done by 24 Sept as per snapdeal hence i booked the order now its been 10 days i ordered & yet not received the product.
Daily morning i am getting SMS that, today it will be delivering the product and at same day at evening getting SMS that unable to deliver, this is happening since last 4 days.
Now since 26 Sept i am getting call and SMS that you have Cancelled the order however i didn’t ask for any cancellation.
Customer care only raising complaint but no action yet taken, Delivery partner XpressBee – Mumbai is not available to deliver and number which i received 9082994582 is switched off since last 4 days,
My Complaint No 60748236, I spoke with Himanshu kashyap on 25 Sept & Manpreet on 26 Sept as per them they both belongs to Mohali Punjab Customer care,
I wanted to escalate the concern to Floor Supervisor but as per them Mr. Dilawer is busy on another call so i need to call back again, however i am more concerned with my product & thinking to quit shopping from snapdeal anymore.
