This is prince and I ordered Nike Air Presto Ultra Flyknite Black Running Shoes and this old and used shoes of local brand is delivered.
I did mail to the Snapdeal but no any reply came, I requested for the return and refund,the person came and he took the picture of the order, did What’s app to someone and then told, u selected the resion to return is inappropriate and he told I’m not going to pick up the order. U have to select the right resion what he is told was not listed in the drop-down menu ‘delever old and used shose’.
If I’m attaching the image of that order and he had verified that then what’s the issue to take return, and another thing I did the mail, no action was taken and even not a reply was received.
And no any costomer care no by which I can talk, only recorded voice is there on the available costomer care no.
