This is to complaint you Snap deal team taken back my duly paid ordered of Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML Silver.
I have made an online payment of INR 5690.0 with Transaction ID 1535218241 towards payee PAYU INDIA from your Account XXXXXXXX4578 on Sep,14,2018 at 18:36 hours.
My Order ID: 23543501239 (1 Item) . My snap deal account shows ” refund initiated” however still not received the same in my account.

I have many time requested to snapdeal team but no response.
