I have ordered watch from snapdeal but i found it to be fake and returned it they picked it up on 02/05/19 and in their app it shows refund initiated on 03/5/19 through neft on 08/052019 it shows refunded but there is no details of neft or other method and till 10/5/19 i didn’t receive my money which is Rs4508 when i tried to contact them by mail they didn’t respond but when i msg them on twitter they called me and said to wait for 48 hrs on 6/5/19 but i didn’t receive the money after 48 hrs too now they just msg me on twitter to wait neither they call me to inform the delay nor they are saying when will i get it hence i beg before you to kindly check snap deal who is cheating us buy not refunding our hard earned money so that in future they may not do the same too some other people
