I have received yet another automated response like the customer care that calls back and tells me there is no other option for refund but only a bank transfer. As a consumer who has paid cash on delivery and has received a fraudulent delivery, I do not wish to give my bank details out to this company. Additionally they have taken back the product and not informed me that the only way I will get a refund is via bank transfer ! I am apauled at the way my case is dismissed and no other option for refund given. It seems like the company does not value their customer and works with suppliers that sell fake goods!

It seems you have incompetent staff working on pick up of returns and refunds because what I was told and what you are doing are two  different things. I was told that the money will be credited to my SnapDeal Account. What you are saying is to give you my bank details to credit money into my account when I have paid you via the mode of Cash on Delivery.
I do not want to disclose my bank details as I am not comfortable to share this with you on the web.
I therefore request that you Make an A/C Payer Cheque in my Name : Ms Tysilyn B Fernandez and I will deposit the money into my account.
Kindly ensure you do the needful as it feels that you do not take onus for your supplier as your partner in crediting back money that is YOUR consumers’ money.
Shouldn’t all cash on delivery purchases be the responsibility of snapdeal and not therefore the supplier when it comes to refund and returns ?
In the first you have cheated me by sending me a Fake Product – I do not want to be cheated again. So please send me A/C Payee Check.
