I am a regular customer of Smytten since last 4 years. Last month I placed an order and found one main product of highest value missing from the box. I filed a complaint and they asked for multiple photos of product, box, delivery slip etc which I submitted almost 4 times. Now it has been almost 10 days but they are simply not responding to any of my emails. I am genuinely disgusted and need a strict action to be taken against them.
