I sent my following complaint and request, but the mail has bounced. Though previously I sent mail to that e mail address and got replied thereon. This time I could not access vodafone customer care service of any sort to solve my problem. Call no 198 also did not provide any number insertion regarding the said issue. So I am undone to write to this forum.

Dear Sirs,
I am a Vodafone customer, having mobile number:9874757591. I am an Indian citizen and permanently reside at Kolkata . Last time I choose to recharge my said mobile phone with Rs. 379 by using my debit card no.”6070 xxxx 4272″ of Uco Bank, Behala Chowrasta Branch on 27th February 2020 and service to my mobile phone is valid till 20th May 2020. But for a last few days I am not getting any send report of my sms’ and by asking I could know that no sms reached to the chosen recipients. Please restore the sms service as early as possible. In this lock down period how any service centre can stop the sms service to a senior citizen? Take steps as early as possible.
I also have an android Jio mobile connection (8777388560), but I am using this non-android Vodafone connection as I have used these numbers to all of bank accounts and also to my income tax file. I intentionally did not take net facility for this Vodafone connection to keep my bank accounts away from hacking. So it is not possible for me to answer online queries, several times sent to me from Vodafone. If you have any query, please send me e mail.

NB: My PAN and AADHAR Card do not contain my parental family title “Ghosh” within parenthesis. The said cards contain my name “Shikha Mukherjee”, D/o Balaram Ghosh.               Vodafone did not informed it’s customers regarding their changed e -mail address and also did not keep open the provision to talk to customer care officer directly. SMS sending service has not been restored even after my relative made a top up of Rs. 10 (after gst Rs.7.47). The e mail that I sent and copied the bounced mail is my complaint and I am not mentioning it again.
