Yesterday my sim stopped working suddenly! More than a day stucked with no contacts in emergency. Today very soonest morning went to customer care office they said sim got damaged with no changes on sim card rather sim issued and able to talk!
Unable to receive any sms! May I know when you’d resolve this? On this issue I come to know that, not just me many around faced.
What do you want? Forcibly trying us to switch to postpaid from prepaid? When we don’t malfunctioning how sim can stop work and the consequences?… Shame to be the Airtel user. Better feeling like porting to jio.
No messages receiving and unable to sent any text! Transaction otps how we receive?
