I have recharged my phone no 9855766990 with Rs509 on 12-01-2019 valid upto 11-04-2019, entitling me 100 SMS per day. Contacted your customer care executives many times , they stressed me to recharge for a amount more than Rs24-. Posted many emails to you but no output except cyclostyle replies..
Again talked to the cc executives, but no solution except misguiding the customers. Messages are still not conveyed. Kindly resolve the issue, otherwise the only solution will be to port back to some other service providers.
