I have ordered one smart watch from amazon in sale after 5 days it was lagging too much then I am decided to return the product but when I have returned my watch the after 15 days I dosen’t get my refund money when I call in customer service then they have said call after 3 days after investigation. Then when I call after 3 days then they said that your watch was not an original watch that you have but from us then I have told them please! It’s not an duplicate watch it’s an original watch then said sorry they can’t do anything in this then I have said ok return that watch to me then they said there was no policy in their company to return my watch again.
