Hello,

I purchased a Firebolt Mercury Smartwatch 7 months ago and thus used it after say 5 months, The battery isn’t chargeable and thus unable to use.
Now, I have reached out to Support Numerous times, and no email update at all from the team, with the fake assurance that the product will be picked by EOD. Its been 2 months now and is still ongoing.
