I have purchased a watch in fire boltt website.the watch name is visionary smartwatch with bluetooth calling function i had received the product on 08/05/2023 the product has an connecting issue now I need a refund or replacement it is shipped through ecom express through savex technologies pvt ltd
When I try to return the product it doesn’t give me an option to return or refund
