I took a loan of Rs 15000 from the smartcoin app 2 years back, but I am unable to repay the loan because I have lost the job recently, but they are continously harassing me by making phone calls and sending legal notice to me and also not update my credit report properly. That’s why I am seeking you to intervene and take appropriate steps against them
