I had ordered a Smart watch from Myntra- Amazfit GTS 2E, which was delivered to me on Sunday 10th July 2022. Immediately after opening package I found that the product was a toy and not a smart watch. Also I found out that the seal was tempered and the charger was also not there.
I raised a concern to help center of Myntra and they just kept on extending the timeline for resolving my query. Finally I wrote a mail to Grievance cell of Myntra and they responded me that they will not be able to return the product. The amount of the product was INR 8499 and I am highly dissappointed by Myntra’s after sales service.
