My name is Sasi Devi. I have ordered a Fire Boltt Invincible watch (BSW020) through Amazon app and the product was delivered on 29.07.2022. While receiving the product was in working condition. But after 2 months of use it stopped working suddenly, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON. I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com on 25th Oct 2022 and I got reply back that the product will be replaced after checking the defective one’s. They have arranged for a pickup as well. Then courier person from Bluedart came and picked up the product. But after that there was no emails or response from them also I was told that it may again take around 10 to 15 days for the replacement or refund will be done. Its being now more than 17 days, still no response from Fireboltt team. Again have sent an email for the refund but they haven’t replied me yet and there is no track at all. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative.
