I have ordered vivo 4G smartphone (Order id-14408) from hope4shop on 12.02.2021and delivery for the same has been attempted on 17.02.2021 received and paid rupees 3000.But inside the box there is playing cards with old damaged and not the smartphone. I was cheated by hope4shops.co.in. there is no from address no any contact number. I lost 3000 rupees.. Please file the complaint again hope4shope and help me with refund my money sir.
