I was just checking through apps suddenly smart loan app has been installed in my phone and I was just checking the app and without my consent and agreement they has disbursed 2950 in my account and they showed 5000 as loan amount and showed 2000 ₹ is the service charged and 50 ₹ some other charge. I wasn’t interested in any of the app and its loan, it’s totally fraud. When I wanted to reach to customer support there is no customer service numbers, they just given there some mail id. And when I mailed them with proofs I’m not getting any response from them also I sent the same amount to them which they disbursed me then and there as it’s totally fraud. After paying the amount which they sent me there are showing some incorrect upi reference id I don’t what kind of fraud it is. Request help
