I am facing issues related to the internet (wifi) from past 2 weeks in a row, in every 2 days the network again start fluctuating and speed is not what i had given money for subscription. And whenever i try yo call customer care of excitel the hung up on me or try transfer my call to someone else who even didn’t talk to me and just hung up on me. And when i asked them to refund back my money they denied.
