I ordered 3 liter Smart buy Geyser on 16 Oct 2022. This Geyser water tank is leaking. I filed complaint again it, they told me that they don’t have part of this product so they will return the money and damaged product will be picked up. As I can see the status they have marked status of my product as cancel without my consent. My product is still on warranty period, however they are not solving the issue.
