Respected, sir or madam

I’m belong poor family.  My family every member use vodaphone connection. But a small problem face me i my every family member. Because we are close vodaphone all power and small.

Sir or mam , i will personally request you.  Please if then possible open vodaphone all small power and eg recharge.         Thank you
