Ever since 1st january 2019 I have been facing some serious Internet issues, My Internet is not working properly, I have called vodafone 20-30 times since then and I am yet to get a solution, they give solutions like switch it to Idea manually, I did it 100 times, it didn’t work, they said, reset network, I did it several times and nothing happened and then they ask for 24 hours and say your problem will be resolved and still nothing happens, though I do get a call but they are of no help,
But there is a catch, I face this issue till 12 am in the night, I don’t know if they refresh their setting or what but my internet runs at a really very fast speed, the kind of speed which I expect in day time too, which I have used before, but now all they have to say is vodafone and Idea are merged and there is some problem and we are fixing this issue, Its been almost 2 months and the problem is yet not resolved, my question is why do a customer has to suffer, are they expanding their business for betterment or making a consumer’s life hard, Internet is so Importan in every aspect today, India is getting digitalised and I am waiting for my internet to buffer.
I am kind of mentally harassed because of vodafone, my work has suffered, my leisure time has suffered, I called the customer care and had to tell them the same problem every second day which is mentally exhausting, sometimes they kept me waiting for 10,15 mins on hold too.
Please provide a solution if at all you can.
