Hi, My jio number is 8075056782. I am facing huge drop in network speed from April 2018. I complained from month of April and they said it was because of coverage issue and will fix the issue within 120days. But the issue still persists and they are not saying anything about the assurance given. I have proof of their email. Please do necessary action as they cheated by making me waiting 120days by giving false assurance. I am attaching screenshot of their mail
