Slow internet speed
When I saw about Jio services I am very excited,but time to time I realised that they are lying me from past 1 year.
I have using Jio sim from past 2 years. In my locality if I surf internet , speed will not cross more than 50kbps ,it is very difficult for me to surf then web ,then I complaint the Jio services,they told me that your issue will resolve shortly,they said then I was believing that my concerns will sort ,but they didn’t Improve the internet speed.
My total money is wasted, because I cannot use my 1.5 GB data.
If I will compare with 2 g speed,somehow I think 2g is better because atleast it provides us a constant speed.
I am very frustrated that even my whats chat message will sent after 30 sec of interval.
They are just fraud ,they didn’t sort out our concern.
