Text of Complaint by Aditya chaurasia:

i am using airtel internet service through my airtel phone number and its been few day i am facing a lot of trouble with the network like slow speed and sometimes not at all runing and when i called to the customer care they told me that it will be resolves till 30 september 2020 and the validity of mu service is 22nd septemebr 2020 . i am really frustrated and its cost me much loss and when i write down the mail they told me to registered my mail through 121 and the customer care say that the policy has been updated and we cannot register your mail from here . its a loop which make me sick day by day and they dont care about fixing it.
