bsnl mobile internet speed is too much slow that it takes hour’s to watch a 10 minuts youtube video; all the time buffering.
It is waste of my money & time. to complaint this issue i called bsnl customer care no. 1503 several times. It was also waste of time. on customer care no. for an hour i was listning only one line repeatedly “your call is important for us, please wait your call will be attended shortly???” no one received my call or responded. how long to wait to cummunicate with customer care representative?
i also registered complaint at bsnl complaint forum but problem not solved. it said internet speed problem will be solved within 8 days. but still not solved this issue.
who is responsible for this waste of my money? i do rechage for 1gb to 1.5gb per day plus calls & sms. but with this slow internet speed i hardly can spend 200mb data usage remaining is wastage of my money.
where to complaint against this? is it a network issue or preplanned speed reduction? where to compaint to refund my recharge money if i cant use it due to service providers problems?
